We understand that every practitioner has different skills, interests and availability, which is why opportunities within our Associate Practitioner Pool are offered on a flexible, session-by-session basis.

Rates are determined by a range of factors including the day of the week, clinic location, patient demand, availability requirements, specialist skills, clinic type and operational need at the time.

For Foot Health Practitioners, opportunities typically range from £15.00 to £25.00 per hour, depending on the nature of the clinic and the level of support or experience required.

For Podiatrists, opportunities generally range from £17.00 to £26.00 per hour, with enhanced rates sometimes available for specialist clinics and advanced procedures, such as nail surgery support, verruca needling clinics, high-risk patient care, short-notice cover requirements, evening clinics and other specialist service provisions.

Flexibility sits at the heart of our model. Associates are free to discuss, accept, decline, amend or cancel future availability as circumstances change.
