We Validate Your Parking

A simple way we support our patients — giving you one less thing to think about during your visit.

At British Footcare Group, we cover your parking across all our branches — so you can focus on your appointment, not the meter.

Your parking is validated for up to 2 hours (maximum £2.20) when you attend an appointment with us. Most appointments take far less time, so in many cases we’ll be covering your parking — and then some.

Take your time after your visit if you wish, whether that’s running a quick errand or enjoying the local area.

How It Works

Pay as Normal

Park and pay as normal via machine or app when you arrive for your appointment.

Show Receipt

At reception, simply show your physical parking receipt or your app confirmation screen.

We Deduct

We will validate your parking by deducting up to £2.20 directly from your final treatment bill.

Parking Validation – Terms & Conditions

Parking validation is offered by British Foot Care Group as a convenience to patients and is subject to the following terms:

Offer availability

Parking validation is available across all participating branches from 02/06/2026 for a limited time until further notice. Existing [legacy & discontinued pre-payment plan customers are exempt until plan finishes], applies to those paying for treatment on the day to help toward money saving costs.

Right to amend or withdraw

British Foot Care Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or refuse this offer at any time, without prior notice.

Eligibility

Parking is validated for patients attending a confirmed appointment only.

Validation limit

A maximum of 2 hours parking (up to £2.20) will be validated per appointment.

Same-day requirement

Parking must be purchased and used on the same day as your appointment.

Time alignment

Parking duration must reasonably correspond with the time of your appointment.

Proof of parking

A valid parking receipt or app confirmation must be presented at reception during your visit.

Validation process

Parking is validated by deducting up to £2.20 from your final bill at reception. This must be completed before leaving the premises.

Late claims

We are unable to process parking validation after your visit under any circumstances.

Excess charges

Any parking costs exceeding £2.20 remain the responsibility of the customer.

No guarantee of availability

Parking validation is only available during your appointment and when the clinic is open and operating as normal.

No assumption of validation

Parking should not be purchased on the assumption that validation will be provided. If you arrive when the clinic is closed, unable to provide services, or your appointment does not proceed, parking validation will not be applied.

Customer responsibility

Patients are responsible for ensuring their appointment is scheduled and the clinic is open prior to parking. Parking costs incurred where validation cannot be applied remain the responsibility of the customer.

Non-transferable

Parking validation is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed elsewhere. 

Misuse

British Foot Care Group reserves the right to refuse validation where misuse, duplication, or suspected abuse is identified.

Parking liability

Patients remain fully responsible for complying with all car park terms and conditions, ensuring the correct payment and duration is selected, and for any parking fines, penalties, or enforcement notices issued. British Foot Care Group accepts no responsibility for parking charges, fines, or disputes with parking operators.
