FOOT CARE+ Terms & Conditions

FOOT CARE+ is a free digital rewards programme available to eligible patients of British Footcare Group.

Membership

• Membership is free and available to eligible patients of British Footcare Group.

• Patients may join by providing a valid mobile number or email address.

• Members are responsible for ensuring their contact information remains accurate and up to date.

• British Footcare Group reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership where misuse, abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Earning Points

• Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying treatments, products and services.

• Points are awarded automatically to the registered FOOT CARE+ account.

• Certain products, services, treatment plans, promotional offers and discounted packages may be excluded from earning points.

• Points may take up to 72 hours to appear on an account following a qualifying transaction.

Reward Redemption

• Rewards become available automatically once the relevant points threshold has been reached.

• Rewards may only be redeemed by the registered member.

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products unless agreed by management.

• Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value.

• Available rewards, reward values and qualifying points thresholds may be amended from time to time.

Birthday Rewards & Promotions

• FOOT CARE+ members may receive birthday rewards, bonus points, exclusive offers and promotional campaigns throughout the year.

• Birthday offers and promotional rewards may vary and are not guaranteed.

• Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions and expiry dates.

Refer A Friend Programme

• Where offered, referral rewards are only available when the referred individual is a genuine new patient who has not previously attended British Footcare Group.

• Referral rewards will only be issued once the referred patient has attended and completed a qualifying appointment.

• British Footcare Group reserves the right to withdraw referral rewards where abuse of the scheme is suspected.

Points Expiry

• FOOT CARE+ points remain valid for 36 months from the date of the member's most recent qualifying transaction.

• Any qualifying purchase will refresh the expiry period and keep the account active.

• Expired points cannot normally be reinstated.

Limitations

• Rewards, promotions and points cannot normally be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, treatment plans, referral rewards or promotional campaigns unless specifically stated otherwise.

• British Footcare Group may impose additional restrictions on the redemption of rewards at its discretion.

• Reward availability may vary between clinics.

Digital App

• Members may choose to download the Loyalzoo app to manage their FOOT CARE+ account.

• Downloading or using the app is optional.

• Members can continue to earn and redeem rewards by providing their registered mobile number or email address during clinic visits.

Changes To The Programme

• British Footcare Group reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw FOOT CARE+, individual rewards, promotions, referral schemes, reward thresholds, expiry periods or programme benefits at any time and without prior notice.

• Any decision made by British Footcare Group regarding the operation of FOOT CARE+ shall be final.

General

• FOOT CARE+ membership and rewards remain the property of British Footcare Group.

• Misuse of the programme may result in rewards being removed and membership being suspended or terminated.

• Participation in FOOT CARE+ constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
